We will once again witness a broad based equities melt down on NASDAQ and NYSE, but with a limited fall out in emerging markets.

Despite conditions back home, we will see an increase in the reverse brain gain into the country.

- 2008 will see the first Pakistani technology company get acquired for upwards of 100 million US$.

Hmmm….. #2 seems far fetched….
Which company at #3? The only one i can think of is Netsol.
Atleast 4 that come to my mind. None are listed.
Can’t name them but atleast two are looking at a gross revenue run rate of 100 million US$ 5 years down the road and will be truly global companies.
Weather they get acquired to list themselves on NYSE, NASDAQ or London AIM would be there choice but the hundred million US$ valuation is theres for the taking in about 2 – 3 years.
You think, things are bad back home? Try making your mortgage payment on your deflated property without a job …Been there, done that
