Two years short of turning 40, it has been a very educational year. Where would I be today without my friends and family.
Age is definitely beginning to show its signs. Wild all nighters at work are now so much more difficult. I prefer my own bed/room/home over other exotic locations. Travelling is now a drag and a hassle. I walk rather than run and the wheel in the middle is a part of my accepted personality. For the mad morning rush for school, I now drive the civic at a middle age pace.
On the plus side two of our children are now well training in giving on demand back rubs and head massages (malish) which is something you can only appreciate once you cross over to the right side of 40. I need to get the third one trained before I get on the wrong side.
